  • Mininum Stay Requirements

  • All reservations are subject to a two-day minimum stay with the following exceptions.
  • Two-night stay pay cleaning fee
    Four-night minimum for Christmas
    Four-night minimum for New Years
    Three-night minimum for Spring Break.
  • Deposit & Balance Due Requirements

  • We require a 50% deposit of the total rental fee to confirm reservations.

    Full Payment of Rental Fee is required 14 days prior to your arrival with the following exception: Christmas and New Years Holiday REservations require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

    All payments must be in the form of Credit Cards or Checks. Check-in time is after 3:00pm while check out time is by 10:00am.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • NO REFUNDS WITH CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 15 DAYS, PRIOR TO SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATES, AND 30 DAYS, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE ON CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS, UNLESS WE CAN RE-RENT IT. MEETING CANCELLATION DEADLINES REQUIRE A $50 CHARGE. IF ANY SKI SLOPES ARE OPEN, NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE OTHER THAN THIS POSTED CANCELLATION POLICY.
